New Offering of Live, Online Yoga Classes!
Enjoy the convenience of the internet to connect with Sonya for early morning, beginner level classes from your home. With a focus on breathing, stretching and strengthening, these simple practices will get your blood and energy moving for the day. Follow along with Sonya’s verbal cues with the option to see what a stretch or pose looks like when necessary. Class sequencing is “Forrest-inspired.” This means that the fundamental principles taught by Ana Forrest including neck release, abdominal strengthening, and active hands/feet will be implemented. Add the healing benefits of Forrest Yoga to your in-home practice.
Here’s how it works: use one of the links below to purchase a grouping of six classes known as a “session.” You’ll be given the log-in information to a webinar service called Zoom which allows you to “attend” the days you want. On class days, you show up to do the best you can! In no time, you’ll notice how the structure of having specific days and times to join Sonya will enhance your yoga practice and your life!
This service is offered as a “love offering.” You decide what your investment will be based on what you can afford and/or what the value of the service is to you. Suggested offering is $50 per session or $6-10 per class that you expect to attend.
These dates are either on Tuesday or Thursday mornings. Classes are from 7:00-8:00 a.m. Central Time.
To ensure the time needed to receive the link for class, you must register 12 hours in advance of class start time!
