Relational Boundaries Class

The primary word in the title Relational Boundaries is the word “relational.” First and foremost, this means being relational with ourselves to determine what is okay and what is not okay.

See, that’s the most basic definition there is of what a boundary is: what is okay and what is not okay. If you don’t know how to sort this out inside your own head and heart, how on earth will you ever be able to communicate that to another?

In this class, you will learn:

  • What caretaking A.K.A. codependency is
  • The value of language
  • Basic meditation skills
  • How to identify and express needs
  • How to make a request

Annual January Yoga Retreat

After the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, give yourself the gift of time and space for rest and recovery. Mindfully begin 2019 by tending to your own body, mind, and spirit.

If you typically dive into a New Year to-do list as fast as you can flip the page to January, consider breaking that old habit. Set the tone for greater ease and more peace in 2019 by joining me and others for a weekend to reconnect to yourself.

Here’s how we nurture ourselves:

  • As much sleep as your body desires (go to bed early, sleep late, naps – all guilt-free!)
  • No cooking or cleaning ~ delicious plant-based meals provided by onsite chef
  • Walk or be in nature
  • Fellowship and communion with other participants to whatever degree you desire
